L a w y e r
I became a Lawyer because it is what
I always wanted to do. I enjoy my work.
COMMUNICATION
All good Attorney-Client relationships start with good personal communication. Law is not Alchemy, as Attorneys we don't turn lead into gold and I try to explain the complexities of any legal situation in a way that my clients can understand. Being available to discuss cases with my clients gives them something more valuable than gold, peace of mind.
UNDERSTANDING
To understand the issues facing my clients, I need to understand them personally. I realize that my clients are human beings, many of whom have personal problems that need to be considered. I try to listen and be patient so that I can be of maximum service to them.
PREPARATION
To best understand my clients case I need complete knowledge of the facts of that case. It has been said that "knowledge is power" and nowhere is that more true than in the practice of law. I go into each representation ready to explore and understand the facts and the law involved so that I can put that knowledge to use on behalf of my client.
ADVOCACY
Even though few cases actually go to trial, I approach each case as if it is. I enjoy trying cases but realize that it is not always in my clients best interest to do so. This approach means that I am always leaving all options open to ensure the best possible result for my client.
